Their commercials are a standard on Palm Springs television since the early 90′s. They call themselves “Prime” as it’s the best standard the USDA has for beef.

They offer nine different prime cuts of beef at their restaurant. Other items include fresh fish, lobster tail, chicken breasts, and a table-side Caesar Salad! Their wine list has over 500 selections, making it the largest wine list of any steakhouse in Palm Springs.
