The Living Desert is one of Palm Springs greatest treasures. Admission is affordable, and the park frequently changes their featured exhibits. Learn about all animals living in desert areas across the world that are threatened with extinction. See animals from North America and Africa.

Experience an authentic African Village. See their G-Scale Model Train Exhibit which is featured in their holiday event. Take the kids to Gecko Gulch, and interactive play area of kids of every age that encourages them to make their own fun! Many other great exhibits are always featured at The Living Desert.

The Living Desert offers a number of education programs for the area for kids including student tours and a classroom outreach program. They also offer many rental facilities for events of all types including catering for corporate events, wedding and other special events.
