This fine dining establishment is a creation of Wally Botello, who founded the well known chain of restaurants, The Velvet Turtle. The design includes sparkling lights, beveled mirrored ceilings, artifacts from Peru, and hand-painted murals that create a warm, inviting atmosphere of culinary elegance.

This full service fine dining establishment offers everything from Hors d’Oeuvres, soups and salads, entrees, pastas and delightful desserts.

They offer an extensive wine list from around the world by the bottle and a variety of wines and champagne by the glass.

Cold Appetizers include Scottish Marinated Salmon, Jumbo Shrimp from the Sea of Cortez, and Caviar, of course. Hot starters include Escartots “en Pomme de Terre” and Dungeoness and Blue Crab Cakes.

If you’re going for dinner, entrees range from a variety of fillets, to traditional free range roasted chicken breast, veal, duck, deer and lamb.

Desserts include a selection of souffles, Baked Alaska, Lava Cake, Creme Brulee and of course a variety of ice creams and sorbet.
